try Amata Resort near Patong Beach( just oppisite Christine Spa and Massage ) reasonable prices or the hotel beside it (forget what name it is ) , Been there for a few time lots of entertainment near by and shopping to.Hope these help

As I stated before, unless you can give more information on your budget, its very hard to comment.

If you have lots of money, i would recommend booking a Villa over a Hotel as it has so many more advantages.
